What does “Costumer” mean?
The general definition is someone who works with or makes costumes. I like to think of it as all the different areas you may work in a costume shop all put together because every show and everyday is very different. In one day I might be sewing, pulling costumes from storage, painting, dyeing, cutting fabric, laundering costumes, helping with fittings, dressing a show and so much more.
